Rena-Marie’s been a working voice actor since the 90s. Her versatile signature sound is heard daily on radio, television, online and in all forms of new media.
As a promo voice, she’s heard on EPIX, DIY Network, HGTV and episodes of Tosh.0, and has worked for The Weather Channel, NBC, The CW and MGM HD. She recently narrated Peggy Noonan’s audiobook “The Time of Our Lives: Collected Writings.” She’s voiced trailers for Netflix (Grace and Frankie) and ABC (Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice). Her voice has been used on commercial campaigns for ProFlowers.com, Pacific Foods, McDonalds, Verizon, Milk, Chevron, Wal-Mart, Dinty Moore, Bowflex, GNC, Shell, American Cancer Society and countless more. She’s narrated kids’ games for PBS (Play N’ Learn), TLC (Babies Behind Bars), Discovery Fit & Health (My Mom, The Centerfold) and OLN (Attack on the Andes, Controlled Gravity) presentations for eBay LIVE! and industrials for Fortune 100 companies like Intel, HP, Chase, Apple, Citi, Microsoft and Oracle. She’s also voiced characters in video games (Star Trek Online) and animation features (Joe Satriani’s “TriDivers”).
Her voice has helped brand radio stations in several formats. For sports fans, she’s the signature voice of Christopher Russo’s “Mad Dog Sports Radio” on SiriusXM 82. In terrestrial radio, you hear her on Los Angeles Alternative ALT 98.7; as the network voice of WAY-FM Christian radio stations around the country and WAY NEW on iHeartRadio; on Rockers WAAF in Boston and WMMS in Cleveland; on Hot AC STAR 94-1 in San Diego, Classic Hits 95-7 The Jet in Seattle and Alternative New Rock 104.1 in Fresno, among others. She also voices Slacker Radio, Samsung’s Milk Music and AOL Radio.
She’s also a legacy podcaster. In 2005, she was co-host of the first-ever independent music podcast called “The Bandtrax Podcast,” introducing un-signed musicians to listeners thru Adam Curry’s Podsafe Music Network. Now, as co-founder of The Network Studios, she lends her voice and production skills to several popular podcasts, including “Hollywood Close-Up.”
